Our Application Process

1. Application

Apply through our job section.

2. Screening

Within 5 days you will be contacted by an NVISO employee for a first meeting and we'll check if there is a match between you and us.

3. First Interview

Meet your potential colleagues for a comprehensive discussion combining HR and technical questions. This is your chance to understand team dynamics and ask questions about projects.

4. Second Interview

The decisive moment! We'll send you a real-world business case one week in advance to prepare and present to senior managers. We're interested in your reasoning – there's no single "right" answer.

5. Contract Proposal

If we both want to work together, we'll send you a detailed contract offer with full transparency on terms and conditions.

The entire process takes 4-6 weeks. Once you accept – congratulations and welcome aboard!

Onboarding

Your first day starts with everything ready – technical equipment, comprehensive company information, and a warm welcome into NVISO culture.

A designated team buddy will guide your integration and answer any questions as you settle in. After a few weeks, you'll choose your personal coach who becomes your primary contact for well-being and career growth.
